    I thought as I was buying from a reputable company Iwill get my refund if needed. Not true! I have tried to contact Eastpak customer service multiple times and have had no response. I am going to take this up with the ombudsman.

    Good product, gradually becoming bad.

    Memrise has a good product overall, but it has been going downhill recently. They have recently introduced new AI components which can be useful, but they seem to have disregarded the rest of their product to push these AI features over popular user features and issues that are repeatedly brought to their attention. They operate Memrise in a very hands-off manner, and do not have much interaction with the community where a lot of us are very concerned with the longevity of the service currently due to repeated cutting of features and services, and rumors of major layoffs that Memrise refuses to address. Recently, the community forum was removed without warning by Memrise, removing hundreds of hours of user content without a chance to save this information. The AI voices they are now adding to certain words and phrases, while acceptable, are notably worse than the human voice acted voices that are on other words. Overall, the service is gradually declining and Memrise is ignoring user criticisms in chase of profits, or at least that is the impression they are giving off. The current product is acceptable and is a great resource, but they do not give me much confidence that it will remain that way, and won't leave me stranded trying to find another learning resource after I've already spent a lot of money and time at Memrise. I truly want Memrise to succeed, and for them to succeed, they need to interact with and address user complaints, not just user praises. Edit: As of a few days ago, they re-opened the community forums for 30 days to allow the saving of information that is needed from it. Review still stands at 1 star because this should have been allowed in the first place via an advance notice of the forum shutdown instead of a last minute response. This is the bare minimum expected of a responsible company, and it shows that the userbase is an afterthought to Memrise, not their primary concern.

    Sitio lleno de bots, perfiles dando respuestas random a preguntas sin sentido. De muchos pero muchos contactos q tuve, solo 3 fueron reales. Con respecto al soporte pésimo igual, los contacté varias veces y el cuarto agente de soporte fue el q me atendió. Por supuesto sin reembolso. Absolutamente NO recomendado

    First time purchase was a good one

    First let me say it makes me feel good that I'm buying handmade goods from artistians all over the globe. Everything I've recieved is so beautiful and well made. I recently needed to contact there customer service in which there service team was so friendly very helpful and informative. I will definitely be shopping at this site much more in the near future.

    No permiten cambiar de plan anual a mensual

    Llevo poco más de 1 año con un plan de 10TB realizando copias de seguridad desde Linux con el script que proporcionan y, muy bien, he podido respaldar 9TB, la velocidad de subida que he obtenido es de 2 a 20 MB/s dependiendo del horario, en 500G la copia ha tardado 11 horas en completarse, los datos a subir los ha tomado de un punto de montaje de una cuenta en la nube, por lo que si realizas la copia directamente del disco local, seguramente vaya más rápido. Por el precio no le puedo exigir más. No le doy 5 estrellas porque no permiten el cambio de un plan anual a uno mensual. He tenido que crear otra cuenta y empezar a subir nuevamente los 9TB con una plan mensual. Esto es lo que me respondieron al solicitar el cambio: I submitted your request for review and was told the xxxx is not eligible for monthly payments. This means if you would like to reactivate the account, the amount due for the renewal is $99.50. Por lo demás, si quieres realizar copias de seguridad a un precio económico y que no te importe la velocidad de carga, lo recomiendo. Próximamente ampliaré a los 20TB.

    Me he registrado con la intención de dejar mega, pero he encontrado algo que no me ha gustado y, he decidido no actualizar a un plan mensual y dar de baja la cuenta. De primera engañan al usuario, desde el inicio no ofrecen los datos claramente y me da mucho que pensar, tienen la opción gratis con 10 GB, cosa que es mentira, solo te dan 2GB con el registro y, para conseguir los 10 GB tienes que compartir 1 archivo por enlace (1GB), instalar la app (1GB), invitar a cinco amigos (5GB) y por último para completar los 10 GB tienes que instalar la APP para móviles. Estos datos tienen que estar claramente en la web de precio, porque si entras, vas a ver 10 GB gratis y por ningún sitio te dicen que para conseguirlos tienes que realizar lo comentado arriba, lo suyo sería que desde un primer momento pongan 2GB con opción a ampliar a 10 GB si realizas tales acciones. Solo por este dato que ocultan en su página de precios no me da confianza.

    Estafa en toda regla

    El día 12 de diciembre pedí una Go Pro hero 8. Me facilitaron un número de seguimiento que nadie reconocía. Después de escribir sin recibir ninguna respuesta recibo un email valorando la compra por lo que automáticamente he puesto una reclamación por PayPal. Exigo mi dinero ya no me la juego con estos. NO ACONSEJABLE

    NO NO NO!!! BIG WARRANTY ISSUES, LIARS!

    I bought from HONORBUY.COM my third xiaomi phone (redmi 1s, m3 before), a redmi note 2 in september 2015. I am / was very happy with it, just like the other products i have bought from Honorbuy, until one morning(two months after the purchase) , when a slight yellow mark appeared (just like when somebody is using a yellow marker on it) at the middle left part of the screen, which is visible when the backgound is white. It is a Xiaomi problem, especially at new products, so I informed Honorbuy about this issue. They answered me very bad, they lied to me -they need to discuss with their technician, and so on-, and they offered me to buy from them a new screen, with 5$ bonus (they have the most expensive price for this screen, btw, from all over the internet). And they told me to send back my phone to China -although I bought it fom their European Warehouse from Italy and I have to pay the freight charges. Basically, i paid the transport when I bought the phone, now I should pay again TWO transports (from my place to China and vice versa) and I have to do it to CHINA!!!! I have asked them what if they buy a German car from Beijing, they send it back eventually to Germany? They haven t answered. I am VERY VERY disappointed about their lies, lack of customer care oriented approach and I will NEVER NEVER buy anything from them. You want a Xiaomi, buy it from wherever you want. NOT from ”HONOR”Buy. I have the full mailings, if somebody is interested to see how are they treating a customer with a good buying history. Robert
