Tengo un pedido desde hace ya 10 dias. No le he recibido. Llamo todo los dias a atencion cliente y no saben nada. No hay manera de que alguien me informe algo. Estafadores, están trabajando con mis dineros para sacar provecho ! Estafan un pais entero. No existen leyes en este pais?

Good if u have interesting family ties
It's good if you've got a rich family history, but if you're just a joe-nobody like most of us, it won't be very interesting because most of us don't know anything about our family and can't go further back than our grandparents. Sadly there are no photos of anyone, just a bunch of public records, which of course could be anyone and not necessarily your relative. Didn't really find it valuable but I guess if you know you have an interesting family history you may get more use out of it. Not really worth £13.99 for a month, kinda want my money back tbh, only been on there about 20 minutes and there's literally nothing else to do, no more suggestions of distant family beyond grandparents (which could be totally wrong as I have no clue), and since I don't have the information myself and all of my family are now deceased, I have zero use for it. Shame. As I say though good if you know your family is quite rich in history and keeps a lot of records.

ParcelABC me salvó en una situación de último minuto cuando necesitaba enviar un paquete de forma inminente. Estafadores!!!!
Estafadores!!!!! Nunca no tienen los productos en oferta, pero te cobran por pedir, después de un mes, con muchas insistencias, diario 10 veces le llame reclamando, me dicen que no tienen la lavadora, el reembolso ni ahorra no lo tengo, los cheques regalo tampoco, nada de nada. No te dejas engañado! No le compres nada de nada!

Robo en mi cuenta y ayuda 0
Han entrado en mi cuenta y me han robado el dinero que tenia (por suerte no era demasiado). Me he puesto en contacto con Coinbase y lo que me comentan es que no me pueden ayudar y que la seguridad de que entren es mía propia y no de ellos, por lo que no recomiendo en ningún caso entrar en esta plataforma. Cuando hay transacciones quedan reflejados los numeros de registro por lo que pueden verificar quien ha realizado esa transaccion pero ni por esas estan dispuestos a mover ni un dedo. Soporte nulo y se limpian las manos para no hacer nada, solo quieren que metas tu dinero y la responsabilidad solo tuya si sucede algo en su plataforma.

Avoid this company, they don’t refund you for “tax” that they took on the order and you have to pay for shipping back to Hong Kong. Honestly don’t think it’s right.

Cancelled Order and Pick up Fee
My first order got cancelled and they didn't tell me why it was cancelled. I checked on their website and all the items I ordered were in stock. Also they charged you a shipping fee when you do store pick up which they didn't really explicitly state on their FAQs on their website. When I contacted customer service, they kept telling me, it was stated on the website even though I checked and under the pick up section, it did not mentioned any fee. Also, when I asked about why my first order was cancelled, all they can say is "sorry" but no explanations.

Nothing but issues
We asked to downgrade the account to a free account because we are in a transition period. All we received was a link to the FAQ, which did not help our situation anymore. So after going back and forth with myself and a couple of team members, for a couple of weeks, we finally just froze the account. We then got billed for 3 of our brands and requested a refund, and they issued credits to our account. Customer service was awful, and a lot of features that were promised were not existent. The help desk said certain features were not possible and our implementation representative, Heather figured it out and was awesome. If you could duplicate Heather, you would have great company and great service, but unfortunately, everyone else is pretty clueless. Not a platform for advanced marketing. You cannot search SMS, and SMS numbers are not associated with the contact card, which makes it very time-consuming. I would recommend skipping if you are vetting this ESP.

Nat Geo Channel stinks!
So sick of trying to watch any show on Nat Geo Channel. Commercials come on every 5 minutes and last for 3 minutes at a time....it's insane. The same commercials over and over again and in a 1 hour show almost half the time is commercials. Disney, you destroyed a good thing, shame on you!

garantia justa
despues de poco mas de un año de una bateria nueva... ha vuelto a fallar... y la garantia ya no la cubre. Será la ultima que compre antes de cambiar de portatil.. pero me parece muy triste que Duracell no tuviera niingun detalle (pues ya se habia cambiado otra en garantia).

There's so much to say when it comes to Entertainment Earth, the customer service they provide, the way they make 100% sure your getting what you pay for from price, shipping, and most important this is a company that cares about how you feel when you open up each and every box. When you call and talk to Donald Tapia for instance it just makes you know that your dealing with a professional and someone that will always take care of you. Thank you so much Donald, Customer Service, Entertainment Earth as a while. If it was possible to buy all funko ever made available through this company I would without hesitation. Amazon, Walmart, Target, Gamestop, Hot Topic, any company who sells funkos take a lesson from the masters here at Entertainment Earth. They are leaps and bounds beyond the rest. No devuelven el importe exacto aún pagando seguro
Hemos pagado el seguro de 2 tickets para New York, no pudimos viajar por Covid, pedimos el reingreso y no nos han abanado la cantidad correcta, hemos reclamado y siempre responden lo mismo, que el dinero del seguro no se reintegra, lo cual es lógico, pero aparte falta otra cantidad. Les he mandado las cuentas muy bien explicadas, junto con el extracto del banco y nada, vuelven a copiar y pegar el mismo mensaje y no devuelven lo que falta.

I have ordered from them a couple of times and received great quality prints. This Christmas, I ordered five prints as gifts for family and all but one turned out with a heavy orange hue. I contacted the company and they promptly replaced the four while also shipping them to their respective destination. I would never hesitate to order from them again!

FATAL. Tenemos más de 15 centros en todo el mundo con ellos. Hace más de 1 año que tratamos de contactar con el HELP DESK para que nos ayuden puesto que las cuentas no están todos con el mismo ADMIN y el mismo ADMIN ha confirmado por correo que deberíamos proceder. La última respuesta es "We are going in circles" después de preguntarles cómo pasar de USER a ADMIN. Y por no decir que no hemos logrado nada. Pésima comunicación. Si estás en un sólo sitio perfecto, si tienes una empresa internacional, NI MIRES REGUS. Busca otras opciones dónde al menos te ayudarán.
