Creo que les falta mayor cercanía y seguimiento con el cliente, así como encontrar formas que ayuden, motiven y guíen a sus clientes a tomar impulso para avanzar día a día con el aprendizaje. En lo personal siento que me convencieron para pagar el curso, me dieron el acceso y en lo sucesivo "arréglate como quieras o puedas para avanzar o aprender", ya que nadie me ha vuelto a contactar para un seguimiento, orientación o revisión de mi avance. Lo anterior no motiva, no orienta, no guía y menos asegura aprendizaje. Quizá todos los cursos en línea son iguales, pero si EF realmente desea hacer la diferencia respecto a su competencia, creo que deben tomar en consideración lo anterior y trabajar en ello para asegura que sus alumnos aprendan inglés y se conviertan en referencia mediante recomendación hacia otros estudiantes, de otra forma, serán una opción más en el mercado que no asegura aprendizaje.

Always negotiate a renewal
I have just renewed my contract with POP for a further 12 months. The renewal had seemed rather high so I contacted customer support and with the help of one of the team in customer support (Kelvin) I reached an acceptable monthly cost. Kelvin kept me updated with the negotiations and did it all with good humour. He is a credit to POP

Snow plow is very rugged, I would recommend buying, looks like it may need grease but that's no big deal, skid shoes would make it a bit better but we can weld up brackets for those, I would buy again if needed

It all a scram I end my membership less than 9hrs a complete waste of anyone time this website should be shut down .I remove my photo of my profiles with no info about myself and I was still getting likes and messages from other members it all orchestrated though this website. Australia government and police talk about scams this is a criminal offence, all sites like this site should be shut down and fined

I spent $250 for a pair of Maui Jim’s. I have to replace the nose pad every 60 days. Maui Jim used low grade rubber with a lower grade glue. If you like repairing your sun glasses every 60 days, then Maui Jim is the brand for you. You can buy Ray Bans at Costco for $55, and not have to repair them every 60 days. I wish I had!

Correos Express es conocido localmente en Madrid y también en Internet por robar paquetes y falsificar firmas. Allí conseguir tu paquete es una lotería. Perdí 500€ por eso :-( No tienen ningún comprobante legal de entrega. Ten cuidado. Te dan una firma falsa y luego afirman que es tuya. Nunca más

Logged a claim 4 months ago and every time I call for an update, I get told someone will contact me in "a couple of weeks". Haven't received a single update from them, the online portal just says someone is reviewing my claim. I called again today and asked if they can give me a rough timeline of when I can expect an update, and was literally told "No". Seems like a scam!! AVOID ALLIANZ IF POSSIBLE!!!

A mi me han proporcionado un codigo de reserva que no es, y ahora tengo que pagar 50 euros para hacer el check-in en el aeropuerto. Encima el servicio al cliente es pesimo, el bot esta muy limitado, no te deja escribir y no tienen otro servicio de contacto... Un desastre todo.

what has happened to the quality of this companys clothing. Long standing customer, bought mostly from them for many years,always quality cotton and shrink proof, long wearing (maybe that is the reason its now more use a while then throw away). great shame, the last items of mens polo shirts supima cotton and women’s tea shirts(at £30 odd pounds they ought to be resonable quality). Bought several of each, all washed according to instructions all shrunk on the length, again, no longer prepared to pay a reasonable price for inferior stuff- there are now better quality/less cost elsewhere which was never the case.

J'utilise Remises et privilèges depuis quelques temps déjà, le site fonctionne très bien et les réductions fonctionnent bien seulement petit à petit des grandes enseignes tels que Cdiscount ou Leclerc se voient retirer du site sans aucune explication et je trouve cela for dommage. Sinon très pratique.

Center Parcs are misleading their customers
We have visited Center Parcs many times over last thirty years but unlikely to do so in future. Once they had our money we were told that the Aqua Sauna at Elveden Forest is closed for much of this year. I understand that, as a customer, I may have to put up with facilities being taken out of service at short notice for unexpected repairs. However, this is a major project that they must have been planning for months (if not years) and is going to last for much of 2023. We contacted Customer Care who were unhelpful and argumentative. They tried to hide behind small print and suggested it was our job to discover such issues. Center Parc website is still showing pictures of Aqua Sauna at Elveden as if it is open for business as usual. To rub salt into the wound, when you are left waiting to talk to Customer Care, you are subjected to a recorded message selling you the benefits of the Aqua Sauna. Surely if they had any interest in treating their customers fairly they could place a clear warning of closure of the Aqua Sauna at Elveden on their website and flag up the issue automatically to anyone looking to book a stay at Elveden.

Ponen toda clase de impedimentos para realizar una devolución. Rellenad una hoja de reclamación en la tienda y que os la sellen, o ponedla en internet desde casa. Vais a tardar sólo 5 minutos y es la única forma de reclamar que tenemos los consumidores.

Cuidado
Cuidado, usan mensajes falsos para que te suscribas. Mi experiencia con Be2 no es de ahora, fue hace años, y quedé tan decepcionado que nunca he vuelto. Me registré y poco después me dice que una chica me ha mandado un mensaje, el cual, naturalmente, no podía leer si no pagaba. La cosa era que la foto de la chica se notaba demasiado que era un perfil falso. Si lo llego a sacar (el pase) me habrían soplado el dinero con un engaño, y luego, si quieres cancelar, o te molestas en mandar un fax a Luxemburgo (paraíso fiscal, reclama si puedes) o te renuevan aunque no quieras. Tengo entendido que, lo mismo que otros sitios de citas, hoy está bastante peor. En fin, todas las aplicaciones de citas suelen cojear del mismo lado, pero de entre las más famosas, esta y edarling son las peores de largo.

Worst supermarket ever
I parked in the supermarket parking lot and went to the DMV and then the grocery store. Giant hired Advanced Towing to manage its parking lot and Avanced Towing towed my car. When I picked up my car, the woman at Advanced Towing was rude and officious. She didn't care that I had gone into the supermarket and was laughing audibly at my frustration that my car had been towed.

Incompetentes. Tras una reclamación, no hay 2 veces que hable con la misma persona para asistencia. Me dicen que yo hable con el vendedor en vez de ellos mediar en el problema, que no es con el vendedor, es con ellos que no les da la gana de hacer una factura en condiciones, como les obliga la ley en España. Pero al ser una plataforma online con base extranjera, ponte tu a reclamarles nada... Ya puedes leer los comentarios que hay al respecto... Una vergüenza como se gestiona este sitio

Incompatible - but poor web info and customer service.
Poor information, unclear webpages and to top it all off, incredibly slow and inaccessible web support. It's all very well to score highly on the technical spec, but if one invests in a device only to discover its incompatible and the company couldn't care less, it's not very useful at all. Avoid and go instead for an app with an understanding of UX or at least a decent customer service offer.
